KUALA KUBU BHARU 21KM ROAD RELAY 2016
(Run by Four (4) persons in four Stages)

(1)        Objectives: The Kuala Kubu Baru 21km Road Relay is organised with the aim to encourage more athletes to take up the sport as well to see the revival of   Road Races in Malaysia. It is also to encourage running as a form of healthy sport activities among the public in line with the call for #Fit Malaysia as spearheaded by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. We have undertaken this project with the hope that this competition will serve as another platform of competition for runners in the country.

(ii)         Cash Awards are awarded to the First – Five Teams as shown above.
(iii)        First Three (1st – 3rd) teams of each category to get Trophies.
(iv)        Finisher medals are to be awarded to all participating teams. (4 pieces to each Team)
(v)        E-Certificates will be issued to all participants one week after the competition of the run.

(7)        Rules and Guidelines:
(i) A team shall consist of Four (4) runners each running a distance of 5.275km. Total distance covered by four runners is 21.095m in the circuit.

(14)      Prize Winners                        :-
(i) All prize winners’ original Mykad will have to be produced on request to the Referee.
     Failing to produce the original Mykad will result in disqualification of the team

(ii) Please be informed NO substitution is allowed after the submission of the final list of
runners during reporting time. Teams changing the order of runners after confirmation and without the approval of the Meet Director will be also disqualified.

(15)      Route
The route runs through the city with about 2km running along the greenery of the route.

(16)      Changing Zones
            The changing zones shall be at the Start and Finish demarcation inside the Stadium.

(17)      Transport
The Organising Committee is making special arrangements to provide transport with a normal payment of RM 10-00 (To and Fro) for each runner.

Buses are to leave by 10.30am giving sufficient time for rest and reporting as the event is expected to be flagged-off at 3.30pm. The buses will be in front of Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat,                                   50150 Kuala Lumpur.

Payment is to be made together with entry submission and coupons for the bus trips are to be obtained from the counter clerk for walk in registration but for on-line registration it will be included in the registration slip.
