THE ULTIMATE ROPE RUNNERS  2016

Date: 19th June 2016 (Sunday, 7.00am)

Venue: Straits Quay Marina Mall, Penang

Distance:  10km  ||  5km fun run

Run Format-

Each team consists of 2 Runners, and will be given a rope with timing chip. Runners (as a team) required to to tight the rope throughout the race (one ties at the right another runner on his/her left) throughout the race. They required starting together, run together and cross the finishing line together. Show gratitude to your partners and be F.E.A.R (Forget Everything and Run)

* Minimum age - 14 years and above

Entry Fees : 10km - RM120 (per team)  ||  5km - RM100 (per team)
