Eligibility

This race is open to all Malaysian/Permanent Resident and oversea runners’ age 18 years old and above only. For Fun Run and junior category, parents/guardian concern is required.

Medical 

- There will be medical personnel on standby at the race site.

- Ambulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases.

- Participants are responsible to ensure they are fit and healthy before start the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.

Water stations
5km: 1 water stations.
10km: 2 water stations.
18km: 5 water stations.
30km: 7 water stations.
50km: 10 water stations.

Toilet is available at the starting point only.

*We will implement bring your own bottle/cup concept (BYOB/BYOC) for this race. So please bring your own portable cup or bottle. We will not provide any disposable cup at the starting/finishing line and all water stations.

Insurance

- Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause as per registration form.

- The organizer will not responsible for any claim resulted from this event.

- It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance.

Mandatory Item (for 18km, 30km and 50km Only)

- Hydration bag/handheld bottle. (min capacity of 500ml)

- Whistle x 1 pc

- Emergency Blanket x 1 pc

- Headlamp x 1 pc. Flag off time is 6:30am, so it's still dark when you start the race

- Hand phone (for emergency).

Safety

- If you hear a horn from a marshal vehicle (motorbike or jeep), please slow down and give way.

- Some parts of the route are slippery.

- There are few rivers crossing for 30KM and 50KM categories so always alert on the marker.
