Metro 3P Ultra by The Lake

Date: 15th May 2016 (Sunday)

Venue: Taman Metropolitan, Kepong

Distance: 60km

Entry Fees : RM45 per team 

Run Format:

1) A team of 3 runners (mininum 1 female) to run 60km (19 loops X 3.2km)
2) Not relay run. Team members can run on their own or together.
3) Total mileage 60km (19 loops) is accumulation of 3 team members mileage. Example 1: Runner A do 10 loops, Runner B do 4 loops and Runner C do 5 loops. Example 2: Runner A do 6 loops, Runner B do 6 loops and Runner C do 7 loops. Team to decide whatever own combination (am interested to see 17+1+1 combination :P)
4) Fees is RM45 per team. Non profit simple event. All funds to fully spend on drinks, fruits, snack and tools. A running BIB will be provided for all runners. And souvenir for all finisher.
5) Team members individual timing and team overall timing will be recorded and provided.
6) Top 3 teams will be awarded (mysterious prize). Thanks to sponsors as we don't have budget for this.

Terms and conditions.
1) A team must be in 3 runners and at least 1 (one) female runner is compulsory
2) BiB can be collected on running day from 6:00am onwards
3) Running start at 7:00am sharp. Cut off time is 4 hours (11.00am)
4) BiB must be carried during run. Will punch a hole on the BiB for every loop done
5) Bring your own bottle (BYOB)
6) Drinking water, isotonic drinks, ice and fruits will be provided
7) First 3 teams to complete 19 loops (accumulated) wins
8) All finisher teams will get souvenir (within cut off time)
9) Be nice to volunteers. They are genuine unpaid volunteers yet never blame on low joining fees.
