ii) Fill in the particulars needed.(Group will need to fill in the form once only)
*For payment via internet banking, under the recipient's reference number/other details, fill in your(participants) name SOM Megathon 2016.

iii) After submitting the form, participants need to take a picture of the bank slip and email to sommegathon2016@gmail.com as proof of payment.

iv) You will receive confirmation of registration email within 24 hours and receipt of payment within 3 working days.
