Sorry guys there will be no Olympic fun run this year! What an anti-climax to one of the most anticipated run of the year. Pray very hard that next year the run will be back again.

ANNOUNCEMENT – OLYMPIC DAY RUN 2014
We regret to inform you on the advice of McDonalds Sdn Bhd, the Olympic Day Run for this year has to be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control.

However, negotiations are being initiated to conduct the event in a similar manner for next year with an early announcement of the date.

We apologize for all the inconveniences caused.

      This run has already been confirmed a few months back, but due to the recent outbreak of war between Israel and Hamas, Mcd faced a fierce back lash from Muslims here due to misperception that Mcd is pro-Israel. In the wake of this Anti-Mcd movement, OCM the organizer is keeping a low profile for this run as to avoid unnecessary bad publicity.
