PANORAMA HILL (BUKIT PANORAMA) - SUNGAI LEMBING

MAGNIFICENT VIEW AT PANORAMA HILL

Just within walking distance from Sungai Lembing town, its the magnificent Panorama Hill (Bukit Panorama). From atop Panorama Hill during morning you can witness a spectacular sea of clouds hovering across the horizons. Watching this natural phenomenon is a must for all tourist enthusiasts. You don't have to traveled a few thousand miles all the way to China or North America to enjoy such an awe-inspiring scenery.

Panorama Hill is just 271meters in height . By comparison,  Batu Caves is 125 meters high while Broga Hill is 400 meters high. While you need to climb 276 steps to reach Batu Caves peak, here (Panorama Hill) you have to scale a more challenging 1,100 steps. But for normal people who exercised regularly it takes roughly less than half an hour to do it, while couch potatoes need at least 45-60  minutes (with lots of intermittent rest breaks in between) to reach the summit of Panorama Hill.

From above Panorama Hill you can see the village of Sungai Lembing below. And just above the village is a sea of clouds encircling the horizon. What a sight to behold.

The best time to capture the ultimate breath-taking moment is at the crack of dawn. So make sure you start climbing the hill at 5.30am assuming you can reach the top in less than half an hour. Otherwise better start your journey as early as 5.00am so as not to miss the glorious sunrise moment.

Just look at the sea of clouds enveloping the distant hill beyond. You just have to come here to witness this majestic scenery first hand.

With cemented staircases and hand railings in between, climbing up the hill is so convenient and so easy as a walk in the park. But remember to bring along torch light. Its totally pitch dark here before sunrise.

Stopping by at Panorama Hill is like stopping by to see God.
